SARAH'S CHARITY HALF MARATHON


On Sunday 29th March Sarah Smith will be running 13.2 miles around London taking in the iconic and beautiful landmarks in the aptly named London Landmarks Half Marathon.

We appreciate all the support you have shown Sarah in the past and this year she has chosen to run for Breast Cancer Care / Breast Cancer Now.

Every year, 62,000 people in the UK will hear they devastating news that they have breast cancer, while other awesome charities invest in researching a future cure, Breast Cancer Care/Breast Cancer Now in the only UK wide charity providing specialist support and tailored information for anyone affected by breast cancer - helping every person affected gain confidence in their ability to live with it, and through it and beyond it.

As the London Landmarks Half Marathon organisers explain; “The event is not your average half marathon! From cultural landmarks and heritage to the city's quirky and hidden secrets, runner get to explore the capital on a route like no other!”

The race starts on Pall Mall and finishes by Downing Street, taking in fabulous views of London’s most iconic landmarks including Big Ben, St Paul’s Cathedral, Nelson’s Column, the Gherkin, the Shard, the Tower of London and the London Eye along the route.
