The NICEIC endorses the use of testing adaptors

In their Advice and Guidance article in the July/August 2013 edition of the Professional Electrician and Installer the NICEIC discuss the importance of loop impedance measurement and endorse the use of testing adaptors such as Kewtech's lightmates as best practice as they make testing safer. They reduce the risk of electric shock and reduce the need to dismantle electrical connections for the purposes of testing which could introduce a wiring fault where there was none before.
