Keeping up standards for the Private Rented Sector Electrical Safety

It is common knowledge that from 1st April 2021 all rented property has to be inspected for electrical safety to 'level up' standards across the rented sector. There have been many interpretations on how best to do this with some tales of liberties being taken.

Industry expert John Peckham has published guidelines for electrical contractors and landlords to understand what the expectations should be to satisfy the intentions of the legislation.
